Title: Has Buriram run out of cash??

Is the the start of a cash crisis???............No Government Employees here in Nong Ki have yet received their salaries which were due on November 1ST...........Teachers ,Police ,Hospital workers,& Local Government Employees are all strapped for cash at the moment
