Go to the Bike shop and the end of the bus station, he has used bikes for sale.

If you are traveling on Tannee Road towards town, he is basically the 1st road past the bus station entrance, look for the all the Shrines on the left side of the road, his shop is basically opposite of it.

M friend has a mountain bike for sale - the bike is top of the range and it has everything you stated you needed.  My friend has tried logging on to Buriram Ex-pats; however, he has been having difficulties with the service provider.  If you are still intrested let me know via this site (i.e. your telephone number) and I will relay on all the necessary information to my friend.
