Ptt have increased  Fuel Prices Today by 40 Satang per litre despite Oil Prices having dropped in the past week!!!

Same back here in Canada....they're reasoning...we are now having to use the oil we bought at the high price per barrel....it almost seems that the oil they bought at the high price never runs out....

Its only been like this since the Oil Levy was dropped which caused a big drop in pump prices here,,,,,,,,before Oil Dropped ,Pump Prices dropped,,,,,,,,not anymore!!!
