Title: pick up service?

Hi guys im due to do my first visa run this sunday from bangkok, afterwords im aiming up to buriram but i was hoping it would be possible to get from the border to buriram rather then going BKK-Border-BKK-buriram just seems pointless to go up and down. anyone know the best way to get from Ban leam border to Mueang Buriram?
