Does adding a bit of sliced egg to a ham, tomato, cheese, lettuce and cucumber baguette change it's nationality?
Any special sauce inside?
Go the whole hog and price them in guilders! bravo1

Can you post me 1 to Surin please ?
Starving just looking at it !!

That looks fantastic. Americans in general call that Chicago style with the roast beef and horseradish, I call it YUM!

Went to CC this morning at around 10am -- I'd been at the hospital waiting to have a blood test so I was well and truly ready for an excellent breakfast. Only one couple in so no waiting -- good. I ordered a medium breakfast and Jen some Thai food. Well, I can only say I was thoroughly dissappointed at what arrived. One sausage cooked nicely. Two very under-done poached eggs, a luke warm tomato that you could balance on a teaspoon and a slice of 50/50 bacon and fat which I swear hadn't even hit the pan. That's me. Jen sent her food back because it had hairs in it. Maybe we came on an off day ? Plus, I'm all for the second chance but if what turns up is as bad as today's offering, then we're out of there so-to-speak.

Sorry about that Mick.
Give it another go, make yourself known, and you won't pay.

Ray, never had any reason to complain while you were there, always first rate food and good service. I'll give it a second chance but I think I'll be on my own. Jen used to be a chef ( one of seven ) in a very high class restaurant in Bangkok and she REALLY knows her onions. Some of her credentials have been to cook for members of the Royal family by demand and for numerous people we only get to see on the tv. She doesn't give second chances.....

Our last day in Coffee Corner today so Jip and Ray would just like to thank all our customers for their kind support over the last 3 years.
Steven and Aon (Unn) are taking over and we would like to wish them every success for the future.

Went to the 'under new ownership' Coffee Corner
Good to see the poached eggs are still the best.
New menu also includes Mexican food which is good, but best eaten there unless you store and can reheat it properly when you cap ban after 2 much on the Friday session.
Good to c the more knowledgable people(old geezers) still frequent.
And Ray last time your legs man soo Brown with your golfing tan lol.
FairPlay to Steve and his misses food and atmosphere still great, but now with ++.
Best regards
Kawa
Knowledge is for sharing ,but keep some spare for a rainy day.

I also stopped in on my way back from Sesaket with my wife 2 weeks ago after only stopping in once before months ago (prevous owner) and what a difference Coffee Corner is compared to SOME other Farang type places in Issan!!
The staff went out of their way to look after our 7 year old by retuning the TV setting, her own table so to watch while eating, all with out being asked, it was just done, beer was icey cold!!!!! food excellent. My wife who is not usualy or easily impressed left a healthy tip... It will be our NEW place to stop from now on.. Cheers..
