Post by: Admin on July 01, 2011, 02:11:51 PM
'Krua kun yai' restaurant.

The restaurant is located on Thani road, Nai muang Buriram.
Opposite Isuzu dealershop & Garage.

It's a good place to eat while your car is being serviced in the garage.

Clean, tasty and low cost prices.
The dish in the picture is pork steak. Cost: 129 Baht.
I eat there also 'Kapao moo Khai dao' and it was also tasty. Cost: 35 Baht.

Think the restaurant should decide whether to add vegetables to the steak OR a side salad, Not both!

It's neither one thing or other in my view. A larger salad, or a bit more veg would be better.** But as you say Nookie, no need for washer ups!

**Reminds me of some of the Indian women. They wear a sari AND trousers. Can't decide which to wear so wear both!

Must be a Thai thing,Nick.
I know a few eateries (thai)  here in Surin that do the same

Krua Kun Yai has been around for a long time. The one in the town is just a new opening. On the road to Surin on the left had side just, nearly, opposite the PTT petrol station is the original one. Same food but better location.

That one on the Surin road is one of my favourites.....good food and very reasonable prices. Wish i was there now sampling the delights instead of feeding the masses of P*SSHEADS coming out of the clubs. Roll on my next visit   spot1
