Does anyone do yoga on here? Just curious because I was considering it. I was just wondering what it was like. I hear it's a great way to build core muscles and relieve stress.

In my other life in the UK I practiced Yoga for best part of 8 years and despite all the relaxation it can be quite tiring holding some of those positions.
Consequently, I was extremely relieved when I came to Thailand and found that IMHO traditional Thai massage stretches and excersises all the same joints and muscles, spinal twists etc
So now I have a weekly session where someone else puts in all the effort party13 and I get the same benefits!
