IRIS THAILAND 2011 - Buriram

From March 1st to March 15th our team of 14 IRIS missionaries went on a pioneering trip to Thailand with the intent of seeking the Lord's face as to where we could start an IRIS base that would focus on rescuing girls from prostitution and the sex slave trade. God opened so many doors for us on our journey. We partnered with many other organizations and missionaries and truly saw heaven invade earth wherever we went; from bars and brothels to block parties. Our missions trip was a huge success. In this video 3 of our team members travel to Buriram in Northeast Thailand to minister.

All I can say is that I am glad I did not come face to face with any of them!

The one I once met in Phanom Rung (part of a group from USA) was all over the Thai girl with him, yet told me his wife and sick kid were back home- where he should have been.

Then said he wanted to pray for me. WTF. Told him where to go!

Hypocrites!

I hope the lovely buddhist girls of Buriram take them for every baht they have.
Why don't these guys realise that poor people want to be saved from poverty, not from the ungodliness.  If they were really following Christian teachings they would be helping all people without trying to convert them in the process.  This sh1t gets on my nerves.

They advertise that they teach English to draw you in. I don't trust anyone who would come to Thailand and wear a tie!

I didn't know Trey Parker and Matt Stone were Mormons. Isn't Southpark a problem for them then?  :o

Whats the story with Mormons ?  Is it just another type of Christian or what ?  I don't think we have them in Ireland, I never saw them anyway.

Whats the story with Mormons ?

The Mormons don't drink coffee, tea, or alcohol because we believe that they contain harmful and/or addictive substances.  :o

So you won't find them at Coffeecorner  thumbup

I understand they also have something against motors and that is probably the explanation why they are wondering around towns with bicycles but I'm not sure about that...
