Title: Electronic dog collars

Does anyone know where I can purchase electronic dog collars in Buriram or Isaan? We have big problems at the moment trying to keep our 4 labradours from escaping. We have a barbed wire fence erected with the wire close spaced,but they go through it or under it damaging themselves in the process. A wall is not an option because it would not look good,we are surrounded by paddy fields and a wall would be unsightly. We have 280mtrs of fence so cost is also important. The dogs are ok untill they see livestock or other dogs then they are gone.This will lead to problems with people tending the livestock.I have looked up in the UK and it would cost approx 20000bht at todays rates.Should be cheaper in Thailand if I can locate some. Sorry never seem them but have you tried Ebay(Aus?) or rolling out that green mesh stuff along the fences. I think its cheap.
