Greetings.
An American living in Korat, I haave been asked by the US Embassy to check to ensure
US citizens in the area are well and good following the latest shootings between
Cambodia and Thailand.
If you have any information on Americans in your area, and can pass on contact
information so we can check, it will be deeply appreciated.
Sincerely,
Frank G Anderson
American Embassy Warden, Korat

First, is the email valid?  If this is an official check the original email address should have a .GOV instead of a .COM for an address.

2ndly, getting away from the diaster of a USA Goverment is a great reason to Live in Thailand.

If this is true the US should E-mail every citizen every day with the same question, the chance of being shot in the US is way bigger.

One might do a little research on this Frank Anderson, Alan. Most would be quite surprised {or not}. Quite the deluded character.

The per capita murder rate with firearms in Thailand is way bigger than the USA. The per capita murder rate in Thailand as a whole is larger also. There are many statistics showing this. Google it and you will be suprised. Can you provide info. showing where the USA is higher?

Killing one another {domestically} or killing those abroad.....no people in the world kill others more so than Americans.

It's about shooting at the Thai-Cambodian border or not? How many citizens were killed there?
