24 hours in PP and haven't even sighted a katoey.

Obviously more a Thai thing. Pol Pot and his gang no doubt stamped that sort of thing out!

Almost unbelievable, but after 1 week in Cambodia, where we truly spotted only 1 katoey, the first person we came across after emerging from Swampy terminal  was a katoey at the car park ticket office.

Great to see only correctly gendered people in Cambodia. which was a beautiful country - especially Siem Reap, and I would thoroughly recommend it to all members as a special trip with their girlfriends and/or wives. Very French atmosphere with lovely bistros everywhere at amazingly cheap prices.. Draft Beer only 15bt a glass! And the women will will like Angkor Wat and the night market

Travel overland via the Chong Chom border crossing, and you are there inside 3 hours.
