The land must be very expensive there, 3.2 m THB for a 3 broom 3 broom house, or maybe it's including the 2 cars.

3.2 mill for 6 brooms......20 baht each round our way ..:-) Must be including 2 cars ???

I think the location is good but if the market is staying there... I don't know if many people would love the idea of living a walking distance from this very busy market.
The smells,noise,traffic, etc.
Time will tell. maybe the market will move from there later on but hard to see when.... sawadi
