If she want to get professional and practice courses, Bangkok will be the right place to look at. oldmanwithstick
If in the area of Buriram only, I don't know any place giving lessons/real courses for beauty saloon, best solution might be to assign to another working saloon as trainee at first, get experience and learn the job.
