I think this is with refernence to an 'Old Fools and Horses' millionaire.

Seen this posted on a few sites now. The guy normally waits for lots of posters to laugh and make jokes and them he tell everybody there to late and its been sold  confused2. Takes all sorts to make the word go round I suppose  party15
