Title: My mate Geoff
Post by: Lourens on May 10, 2010, 07:23:45 PM
A very dear friend of mine Geoff Fullford, passed away last night. He lived in Baan Hinlaat on the way to Surin at the 3km marker on the left behind the builders' merchant (Moo 17 or 14 I think) for many years and knew many people in and around Buriram. He used to hang out at the Bamboo sometimes if someone gave him a lift there and was always available for a chat and a cold Chang. He had a good stretch and he will be missed by many. My condolences to his family. May he rest in peace. His cremation will be Wednesday at 15:00 in his village.

May I ask what was the reason of death?
I think I saw him in the city around.

I knew Geoff for more than 10 years and for the last couple of years he had health problems that caught up with him.

so many people coming to live in this area and while its comfortable when you in good shape, I am not sure its the right place when you get too old as there is lack of specialized hospitals you will want to get if things get worst.
and when its wosrt you need it fast.
