Title: HELP
Post by: cdmann on January 25, 2010, 07:25:49 PM
:-X Good evening, I have only just lucked into this site and if it had happened before it would probably saved me a lot of grief and worry.Perhaps somebody there can help me? Even though me and my ex-wife> (Pennapah Chaisawahn) were divorced I was supporting her and still was, until I heard that she died 8th. April 2009. I have written to the local, hospital and enclosed $20 for the reply , asking for confirmation but received no reply. Do any of you know how I can verify the death? I will be over there in April and I would really like to know what has happened so that I can put my mind to rest. Can anyone tell me how to get in touch with the relevant authorities regarding death registration? Her parents live at 47/4 tanoon Thasathanee, nai Muang (bit of a tip). I really would appreciate any help. Thanks. Chris Mann

Probably the best you can go is the policestation, they always check or somebody died on natural causes and after that its registered at cityhall.
Sorry for your loss and the best to you.

Hi Chris. e-mail with details, my bro in law is a police man in Buriram. He know how to find out the information.  For local people, if anyone passaway they will inform thire village headman and then the death must be registered at the Ampher ( District Authority). Write more detail to wiwian77@gmail.com
