As I mentioned in an earlier post, I'm due to fly in mid December. Can anyone advise what the night life is like now? I've been to Speed before and that seems to pickup fairly late at night after 11pm. The RAD wasn't open when I was last in Buriram back in March 2008. I did ask for a report on the RAD but never got one. So if anyone is a social butterfly and has been around, can you please advise which places are best to visit in Buriram city.
thanks

Hi Tony,
Somebody answered you about RAD, it has gone, they closed down the place.
To see some places to go out in Buriram take a look here:

I hope you do know "Speed" is the only Disco in Buriram.. Unless you like "TawanDeng"/Life style music with live band.

Thanks for that Admin. It didn't last very long. Are they going to use the RAD building as part of the 4000 seat conference centre i read somewhere about? By the way how many public pools does Buriram have. I've used the one near the Thepnakorn Hotel (not the Thepnakorn Hotel pool itself). So where is the other public pool located?
Thanks again

??? Don't laugh at the very lively and exciting nightlife of Buriram! crazydance
There are some things to do in Buriram for a new visitor however it is dull comparing to the big cities and tourists area but I think it is just the nature of almost any small local town. sawadi

Its probably like most cities, you have to know were to go.
For people like me and BOLOA who have probably never had a night out in Buriram, it might seem quiet but its always good to hear from those who have experienced what is on offer.
I think in the near future, some guys from Pattaya/Korat & Surin intend to mix business with pleasure and spend a night out on the town in Buriram, so it would be nice to get some 'pointers' were to go???
Thanks
