Talk to Bob @RuangsangThai. He knows a Guy (from the UK I believe) who specializes in this.

Ruangsangthai imports containers of dsolar panels and DC submersible well pumps from China. We sell over 20 million baht in solar each month for pumping water. However, we do not sell or install solar for powering a home. Global House, HomePro are all set up for solar to power a home. This is Bob, and I have had a good translator in discussions with the PEA on solar power for a home in Buriram. It is challenging to meet their requirements on a budget. However Mr. Craig from the UK has a thriving business selling and installing all manner of solar lights and solar power. Mr. Craig has a small showroom of sorts at his home in Buriram. He has in fact installed solar systems, both small and large for expats in Buriram and Surin Province. There is yet another Thai solar seller around the corner from Ruangsangthai located on Highway 288 which has installed for expats. If you need solar panels or deep well submersible well pumps, then Ruangsangthai is worth your time. Years of experience in this end of solar. Several thousand DC submersible pumps sold to customers in Buriram.
