Firstly Me: After a few beers and with all due respect but Polo85 : you showed us some lovely palms, a stair case, and a dining room table and no Sale Price! Do us all a favour and get some professional advice about selling in Buriram. I think there is business that may help that are sponsors to Buriram Expats that may be able to help. Just a tip....

It is embarrassing polo 85, to call and enquire about the price of your property, when one has reasonable figure in mind, only to be told a much higher price
If you want to advertise your property, fair and good, but do everyone a favour, including yourself, and name a price.
-
We should all know better, lack of price is always evidence of the same old tactic on farang websites, the same gross speculation would not be tolerated elsewhere. Quite naive really as the bubble has well and truly burst when it comes to foreigners and real estate.

Why no price?
What are you hiding?

Pricing!!!
You're a Dammed if you do or you're Dammed if you don't !!!!!
How many times have you seen people advertise land , a house , house rental or car only for the poster to get a torrent of abusive comments about the price !! ...So I can understand why posters don't !!
I would put put PM me for a Price , especially for Land or House sales . As for Cars , Motorbikes or other small items then a price could/should be added

Why would a seller not give a price? A potential buyer needs to know the asking price beforehand to ascertain whether it is within his budget. Why would anyone waste their time and the time of the seller by playing games (PM etc.) and contact the seller if the price they then find out is beyond their means. I've not seen any abuse on this website violently castigating a poster for the advertised price only opinions.
My motto in regards to buying anything is that if it does not show a price I become suspicious and immediately turn off and look elsewhere.

Tried to buy a car once in the USA and the dealership refused to tell me the price of the model I wanted to buy. They asked how much I wanted to spend a month on a car payment I replied one USD. They said that one USD per month was not reasonable to which I replied neither is not telling a car buyer the price of the vehicle he/she wants to purchase. After a few terse words we walked out of that dealership and bought a car the next day at a dealership that would tell me the price.
Why would anyone try to sell a house (or anything) without listing an asking price?

Well said Ahab. Let common sense be ones guide when buying anything. Hiding behind a cloak smells fishy. Caveat emptor, buyer beware.

Completely agree. Price should be posted. How can you expect to generate any interest without letting people know the asking price.
