I am relocating permanently from Bangkok to Satuk, Buriram on September 4th, do I need to submit a TM28?  If so, what supporting documentation is required? My 90 day and TM30 reports are all up to date.

I?d suggest get the property owner to visit (IO) with their Tabean Baan and ID card. Some offices are not interested when a farang takes a TM28 on it?s own.
