You may wish to lower your expectations a little. It was not long ago that I was in the hunt for a rental in Buriram, our family home is 100kms from town and not convenient, and found a lot of fully furnished properties that were far more central and cheaper to rent than your property.

Right now it seems to be a good market for the renter rather than the owner. Just go and look at the properties for rent in the villages down the road just across from BigC.
