Just an heads up.

It's currently not possible to get a Bank letter (For immigration) at the Bangkok Bank Branch in BIG C (Buriram).

They refer you to the Bangkok Bank Branch in Robinson (Buriram) and there they will do it for you at a total cost of 100 THB.

I have no idea how long this will last or maybe it's already resolved but this is what I experienced last Friday (19th January 2018)

Another local option may be the branch inside the rajabhat university.

I asked there a few months ago as I have an extension coming up in March.

They knew exactly what I was talking about and quoted the same 100 Baht fee.
