House built almost complete --- Kho chang

Hello guys its been a while since I've been on here but this is what we have been doing .
We built this for a developer as the show house so maybe we could head back down there in a few months to build more he has room for 18 more . .
We have had rain rain rain off and on most days most of the  120 days its taken to build  , Kho Chang is a nice place BUT if you go this time of year it can be boring as the rain means there nothing much to do .
I.M.O if your a sporting person like me with kids I would not choose this place for a holiday , maybe a couple happy to sit by the pool or an the beach (none rainy season ) OK for a few days .
I prefer a golfing fishing good places to eat and things to do on rainy days Pattaya is good - well (Ban Saray)for us just out of town enough , but a short drive into town if need be .
Anyway the house has come on well complete pictures will be on here in a week or 2 --- Big thanks to Ron from Ice furniture we will add the kitchen pics once we peel off protective coverings and appliances are fitted .
Have a nice weekend chaps , we will off to Sunny Khon Kean  golf  weekend with my 2 boys .

We are not building the pool in this house a local guys is building it  .
We use https://isaanpools.com/gallery/ in this area very good quality and local to Surin .
We are now putting in a few retaining walls steps  and a little landscape .

You should consider putting a side gate on the upstairs balcony as that will be a high dive into the pool.  Plan for it to happen especially when kids and drunks are involved.

Ok this is now completed and off to Prasat we go in 1 week ,house garden wall and swimming pool .
The pool on Kho Chang was built by a local company and is not yet complete , we normally use - https://isaanpools.com/ a very  local company indeed .

Stairs my idea a combination of hard wood and modern style stainless steel .

Windows hard wood sill and Grade A aluminium frames all windows and doors  screened for bugs .
