Detached house for rent

Hello,
My ex- wife who is currently living in Europe has a detached house for rent just outside the city center of Buriram.
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms both with showers and was built in 2007.
The house is situated in Amphoe Muang about 2 kilometers from the elephant roundabout , asking price is 10.000 Baht per month plus a two- month deposit.

No dogs allowed as the previous farang renter had dogs and when he left the whole garden had to be re done , Also live in Thai girlfriends with anger management issue's are also not allowed.
