90-day on-line down again?

Anybody try the on-line 90-day check-in recently? Getting the following message:

Failure of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent

Yes I get the same.
Anybody using a word like idempotent should have his goolies put in a vice.
