Trump Files With FEC For 2020 Election Bid, Outmaneuvers Nonprofit Organizations

 
A document from the Federal Elections Commission (FEC) indicates that Donald Trump took steps last week to outmaneuver nonprofit organizations, leaving them unable to officially campaign against him over the next few years of his Presidency.


Filed on January 20th, 2017, the letter states that, while not an official announcement for reelection, Donald Trump has filed an FEC Form 2 in order to ?ensure compliance with the Federal Election Campaign Act.? This is an unprecedented, although legal, move for the President to make. Barack Obama did not file for his 2012 re-election bid until April 2011. Having filed (even if not formally announcing a bid) as a candidate, Trump would be able to coordinate with PACs and other similar organizations.

More importantly, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations would no longer be able to engage in ?political speech? which could theoretically affect the results of the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election without running the risk of losing their nonprofit status. The move effectively bars interest groups from creating nonprofits which they could funnel money into for the purposes of opposing Trump?s initiatives. This will likely create chaos for political opponents of Trump such as George Soros, who has sunk significant amounts of money into various nonprofit groups with the intent of opposing Trump?s government. How 501(c)(3) organizations will comply with the FEC?s regulations when participating an actions which qualify as political speech remains to be seen.

Several and I have stated some on this thread, like on post 1. 

Here are some others.  Many have said that Trump is unqualified because he never served the US GVT.  I say great because he had to deal with the US GVT hindering him from doing business, he will know which agencies to hammer back to reality, like the EPA. 

Great to see him publicly fire Yates, there needs to be more.  Especially at the mid grade bureaucrat level.  The incompetence I had to put with at the GS 13/14 level was inconceivable.  I had a GS 14 ask me after bringing in soldiers from the field to air their complaints on the system if I had made recommendations to fix them.  I said about 80% I identified during development.  He then asked me if I could source those and give a report.  I said sure as I had it all documented, however the report will show the GVT refused to accept the advice of their expert and went with the contractor.  He did not have me do the report. 

And Trump is not believing you have get along.  He is leading and causing people to change as in Walk Tall and Carry a Big Stick.  Trump is the leader of the Senate and House Republicans, Obama was mouthpiece for Reid and Pelosi. 

I was amazed at MSNBC they were almost headed towards being unbiased on the Yate's Firing basically saying that if she really had an issue with the legality of the Trump's executive order she would have stood up to Obama's flagrant disregard for the law in his orders.

In addition I believe the protests are total BS.  They are bought and paid for, and the main stream media instead of looking into that is trying make it seem like the protests are mainstream.

Everything you have said is spot on.  Trump is proving to be a man of his word, a rarity in politics.  The US Federal Reserve is a privately owned Central bank and should be returned to the control of the US Government.  Eliminate the Bankster's and you eliminate the problem.
