My first point of call would be to send the TW to the electrical store diagonally opposite the Bamboo Bar. I have bought a lot of stuff there and they have a great after sales service. If they cant fix it I am sure they would direct you to who can fix it. good luck

Your repair experience might be faster, less expensive, and have the genuine parts if you go to the local authorized repair facility of the brand of TV you own. The authorized repair station might often be a chain store such as Amorn at Big C Center, or a family owned facility such as the repair center across from Big C near H2O water, or near the Elephant Roundabout, or near the train station. The Bangkok phone customer service number of the brand you own can tell you which repair facility in Buriram is better trained on your brand and has direct access to genuine parts. Similar proposition on major appliances, or power tools, or water pumps in that selected repair shops have better trained staff and direct access to genuine parts.
