For a fire sale, that price needs to come down about 200,000 Baht.

I can't see myself back there for a very long time.  Especially now with political situation.  I maybe back next year, but I have no desire or need to go.  My daughter is loving the cooler weather and she and I are both more content with life.  Also, I am indulging in lots of good food, which we used to look at as a luxury.
