I have seen swimming pools he has built in Buriram, near P Mart, in Satuek, Surin and in Chom Phra. Freddy on this forum is the swimming pool owner who first told my staff about Mr. Paul Bodkin of Isaan Pools. He is hands on, actually works at the site and does not "call it in".  He is a foundation construction contractor in the UK is my understanding. I'm not sure where you are located but Paul from Issan Pools has just started a late pool build at a friends place in Lam Plait Mat.
Happy to make introductions and opportunity to see the construction process first hand.
Quite a large build this one. 18m long I believe.
