Hello guys here are some up dates .
We are almost ready to start the plastering , this will be bagged render you mix with water only .
Tiger brand in this case , better than TPI less cracks ,it take longer to dry , cost 30% more .
The electrics first fix are complete now all in-cased in the walls , east in this house as all walls in and out are double accept the bathrooms .

We will be using Ron,s company Ice Furniture to built the fitted kitchen units , keep an eye out for these pictures coming,great guy very easy to work with .
