My recipe for Sofa_King's 1/4 Pounders
1 kilo Ground pork
2 very finely chopped medium sized onions
I tablespoon of Rosedee Pork Powder
I egg
Mix together in a bowl and then put in the fridge for a hour or so
After the mixture becomes firm , you make into 4 once ( 115 gram ) balls.
You then get small 120mm x 180mm cellophane bags
Put each 1/4 pounder ball of pork in a cellophane bags and then pat the bags with your hand to make the size and thickness you prefer.
These can then be placed in the freezer and cook great from frozen .
