The van that leaves from the Buriram bus terminal going to Sateuk will drop you at the airport for 80 baht.

I would imagine that would be to the terminal. The fare from Buriram to Satuek is only about 50 baht. Sounds like an extra charge to turn into the airport.

At the terminal, or on the main road? Could be a long walk!

I was afraid to ask but he did take me all the way to the front door of the terminal.

Regarding the fee yes indeed it is a bit higher but it was also posted at the bus terminal at the price as charged.
