I have seen crickets for sale in village markets, but can't say with constancy where, maybe the Klongthong market on Tues, thurs, Sat (see the BE map).

However P mart sells them frozen.

I know that Ludo (bankadon) was raising them for commercial sale "back when".

From his website though, it looks like they may have switched over to mushrooms.  (He still may be able to give you direction)

I couldn't find the market on the map. Maybe Kong Tung market is the same? Driving on South West down Thani road, over the railway lines and turn right, this market seems to be getting smaller every week but I see that numerous mini markets are opening up everywhere.
Anyway I have always seen all sorts of insects and grubs being sold here, maybe getting into personal contact with the guy would be interesting. Only one stall.
It was all the rage to breed crickets and stuff like that a few years ago and you can still see concrete rings on some farms where they were raised.
