Cheap flights on THAI

Thai Airways International is offering special low season prices to boost the number of travellers on selected routes under a "Fly THAI Get More" promotion.

Return air tickets in economy class start from Bt2,810 for domestic destinations and Bt4,300 for international destinations.
Special prices being offered include service to Singapore for Bt5,645, Shanghai and Beijing for Bt12,930,
Tokyo for Bt16,025 and South Korea for Bt16,170.

In addition, the airline is offering a special "Hong Kong Shopping Spree" package costing Bt9,900 a person. Bookings are available until the end of this month for travel by September 30.

Pandit Chanapai, executive vice president for commercial operations, said the deal was the best available in economy class.

Meanwhile, THAI is raising fuel surcharges on selected international routes by US$3.50 to $18.50 (Bt120 to Bt632), effective next Monday, due to increases in the price of jet fuel.
