Bit of a long story behind this one ( won't bore you all with the detail) but today we are expecting our new sofas to be delivered by Loftform. This is the third time that they have made delivery since we ordered some 5 months ago. Both the 1st and 2nd deliveries were incorrect. I await with baited breath. To date, I can't fault the quality of what they produce however their administration and general approach to business leaves a lot to be desired. Just a heads up for any BE members considering a purchase from what on the face of it seems to be quite a large company operating all over Thailand.
