90 Day online form
« on: September 18, 2015, 12:08:09 PM »
I have been trying to log into the 90 day on-line report for two days but just get a message saying the immigration server is not responding. I am using internet explorer and can get to the immigration home page but not 90 day reporting. Any suggestions please.

Call Kap Choeng Immigration and ask. 044559127  Is your extension from KCI or else where?

Thanks for your help, using the link from urleft and not the one that I was using, got me into the system.
Just for info after filling in the form a number of times it refused to work and told me to contact the local immigration.
My wife did this and got a different person from the previous attempts who told us this was common and he has tried to get Bangkok to sort the problem out without success.
We have to go and do the 90 days in immigration.
Again thanks for your help

I have noticed on some other forums that in other location people are having trouble now with the on line application where it did work but now it doesn't. Strange that this has started with the up rising of immigration at certain border crossing. swordfight

From Pattaya City Expats:-

CLUB MEMBER RON HUNTER PROVIDED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ON HIS EXPERIENCE WITH MAKING HIS 90 DAY
ADDRESS REPORT ONLINE

90-DAY ONLINE REPORTING NOTES

SECOND ATTEMPT

Here is brief overview of my second attempt to make a 90 Day Report. My first attempt, on 6 April
2015, was successful as was my second attempt on 20 June 2015:

1.
Go to Thai Immigration Bureau Website
-
http://extranet.immigration.go.th/pibics/online/tm47/TM47Action.do
-
One distraction is that there was no “hourglass” symbol, showing the program was loading, be patient.

Also, I received several error notes trying to get into the site and finally did a copy/paste of the address
and was finally successful.

2.
The first screen offers two options, in bold red font:

User Guide and Office Contact
.
Ignore both, neither is necessary.

3.

Move the scroll bar all the way down the “blue field” information and
“x” the statement in bold red font: *I have read and fully understand the above terms and agree to accept
them.”

, then select “Accept”.

Accept button is “gray” but turns to “blue” when the red “I have read...” box is checked.

(Again no “hourglass symbol.)

4.

This takes you to a screen with three choices:

Notification...”, “Check the status...” and “Cancel your application...”

Selecting “Notification...” takes you to a form similar to the TM47 which isnormally filled out for the 90 Day Reporting.

5.

Standard Personal Information is required, including Date of Birth and Nationality. For USA
citizens, the pull-down offers:

“American”
(vs. USA or United States of America)

When finished, select “Submit”.

(Again, no “hourglass symbol and it took several seconds to load).

6.

The final step shows an overview of all your information. When you acknowledge the
information as being correct, it takes you to screen that has all your information, a
Transaction Date, a Transaction Reference Number (TRM) and barcode (TRN).

Retain the 23 digit “Transaction Reference Number” (TRM) as it is used to track status.

7.

An email was received, from the Thai Immigration Bureau, two days after submitting the
application.  A return to the original site and going to the “Check the status...” page, verified
that the application was “approved”.

8.

Selecting the small “page” ICON in the “View” box, opens the “Approve” page and offers two print options:

“Application (Print)” and “The Next Appointment (Print)”. Print both pages but it is the “The Next Appointment (Print)”
page that gives you the form that is to be placed into your Passport.

Coco, your link did not work for me, I then used this:

https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online/online/tm47/TM47Action.do

You link has http, not https.

I went to the link and selected check status, and tried the passport option, put in my passport #, Birthdate (dd/mm/yyyy), and then tried to get the pull down to work for Nationality, never did.  So I put in USA, then using the note in your info put in American.

It still does not work

I get this message:  กรุณาระบุเงื่อนไข   Which translated means "Please Specify" I assume that means it wants me to specify my nationality from the pull down menu that is not working.

I was interested if there was a record of my entry into BKK last month.

Excellent Information.. Thanks.. Waiting on my approval now.. Only problems I had was that the system didn't appear to work last night but did work this morning.. Kind of hit and miss situation..

Was able to check status by entering the Ref # they gave me.. Right now mine is still pending.. But I only got it submitted this morning.. As for the Nationality problem.. You have to use the word American.. The drop down menu didn't work for me either until I typed in American.. Go figure.. One thing I found out, for sure, you have to enter all your information in the exact format they ask for otherwise the whole thing bounces like a rubber check... Also the system isn't stable.. It's a hit and miss thing as to whether it's up and whether it will take your information.. Tried it yesterday and all I got was a message to contact my local immigration office.. Tried it again this morning and it worked no problem.. Now let's see how long it takes to get the approval..

Got the approval back in about 6 hours.. Notified by email.. Went back to the website.. Clicked on Check Status... Entered my Ref #... Clicked on the icon on the far right and printed out both files.. Application file is now stored in my records and the Next Appointment file is now in my passport.. Note.. The system works quite well, when it's working... Start early enough so that if it doesn't work the first day then try again the next day.. and the next day... and the next day, if needed... I know that, for me, it sure beats a 250 km round trip, most of it down 24 with all that construction, and spending the better part of a day to do what takes less than an hour online, from the comfort of your own home..  So give it a try.. It may well be worth the effort.. If it works, like it did for me, then you're money ahead.. If it doesn't then the only thing it cost you is a little bit of time..
