Email Notification's

It's there a way to switch off Email Notification's 

I use the  " Show unread posts since last visit"  option  and don't need to be notified by email every time someone makes a comment on the forum 

I could always use my emails  'Mark this email as Spam" option  but them I could miss an important emails from one of the Admin Staff

On my emails it says

and that link goes to a page that says  ........

Yes - No

Is there a way to Unsubscribe to to all emails or do you have Unsubscribe to each thread you post on after you get the email

I'm getting there slowly 

I've just noticed when you reply to a post ...if you go to  Attachments and other options there is a tickbox you can untick that says  Notify me of replies.  

I wish someone could have told me this earlier

When I get meaningful information, I like the notifications, but since the day I turned the last one off, I get "emtpy" notifications daily and cant turn them off:

The link sends me to my profile page, but nothings there to "turn off".
I tried removing the ";u=20219", but same plain profile page page.

Any ideas how to get rid of those empty notifications?
