Yet another speed camera on Highway 24

Yes. I went to Nang Rong last night around 4pm and they had around 20 vehicles pulled over....

Amazing that when I worked with the Brits, Aussies, Germans, and Canadians we would specifically work to elimiate ambiguities when discussing points of reference.  Nice to know anyone traveling from Prakchon to Nang Rong will see the camera per your directions.

Where is Prakchon?

The directions from Cabbages and Condoms was quite precise. Bearing in mind that Nookie comes from NongKi, west of Nang Rong, he must have been traveling East.

Keith, you are exactly right Nongki is west of Nang Rong so Nookie would indeed be heading east....
Prackonchai is east of Nang Rong....so heading to Nang Rong from Prackonchai you would be travelling west

Nookie please be more specific in your location, do you have maybe sat nav co ordinates? About 2 kms, is it 1 KM or 3km? The road near to where you mention turns to the left, so am I now heading East or in fact East North East at the precise moment I pass the gun.

Far too vague as usual Nookie, how are people supposed to understand where you mean.

If you are traveling east and turn left you are then  traveling North north east. I hope you don' t navigate on those ships!

Ah Mr Starman, that would depend on the angle of the turn, I happen to know that the turn near Cabbages and Condoms is less than 45 degrees and thus would put us closer to East by north east than north by north east. If Nookie could please take a compass with him next time he goes we could sort this out once and for all. However that is assuming that the 24 is on a bearing of 090 degrees in the first place which is suspect would not be 100% accurate.

Perhaps our pedantic American friend can clarify this.
