Interesting post Davu

I really must ask 2 awkward questions ... Firstly ... why on earth would you ever want to try "cow shit sauce" ?

Secondly ... how did it taste ?

Thirdly ... please accept my sincere apologies that I am unable to attend dinner at your place ... ever

I tried it because I like to try everything at least once (let's not go into that).  It tasted quite good actually. Placenta soup anybody? Only available about twice a year at my place. Then there is bile and of course blood, from the ducks we slaughter or from the beef market, great stuff.

I am not quite so daring.  However I did try the ant egg soup which tasted like chili with rice krispies.  We ate roadside vendor food every day but I insisted the pork and chicken on a stick be reheated until it was steaming hot.  Had the trots every day but nothing too serious.  I paid for my pleasure.  The boat noodles were fantastic!
