Ive not been back to the UK for many years , so ive lost track of the going rates , all I know many friends back home keep telling me their struggling .

Wow, I am impressed. Firms doing this on their own rather than the GVT forcing them, which is how it should be.
Personally I think minimum wages should be eliminated.

I know what happens when GVT starts or raises the minimum wages, jobs are lost.
