Mate, go outside the airport terminal and take a metered taxi and it'll cost you 300/400 baht, probably less. Having the address clearly written down will help. You could take the airport train/skytrain to Asoke BTS and a tuktuk from there but if your not sure it maybe a bit confusing.

Saturday 10.15 AM inbound 45 - 60 minuets.

Taxi stand (official) outside at arrivals level.

50 baht fee + meter. Pay to driver on arrival at destination.

Driver will ask you if you want to use the Tollway. Actually, he will probably say "you want Highway"

Up to you. Additional cost of less then 90 Baht but can be so much quicker.

At a guess it'd be about 1/2 an hr, it will depend on the traffic on Sukhamvit Rd. The taxi maybe able to approach Asoke from the other direction which is probably quicker, but not sure about that. Tell driver to use the tollway which you have to pay for so have some small money, 100 baht will do.

First time I arrived at this airport I was offered a 'limousine deluxe' service. costing about this much. My now wife dragged me away to the taxi ranks.
Take the too road unless it's after midnight, even then the roads can be crowded.

All above advises are correct, you should look at the taxi-meters and INSIST on switching on the meter machine and not a quotation from the driver, bear in mind there are many stories about drivers taking the longer route to make the trip longer therefore increase the total charge for the trip but I assume most drivers won't do this silly game because they might just miss a more profitable trip with another client.

Goods luck. sawadi

Maybe a bit Off-Topic but I would like to add this info:
