Members and associates of the current government have a bad record against the Constitutional court. The red shirts blame it on favouritism. If you look at past cases it would seem that being guilty is to blame.

She will be found guilty and the Reds will come out in numbers in Bangkok.

This current crisis is probably the cause of the downturn in the Baht. 

Now if Nookie's protestors make a big fuss the baht can fall further. 

But I still believe that rice scandal (fixing it) can heavily damage the baht.

Source was Jonathan Head of the BBC when he was speaking live from outside the Court awaiting the verdict on Yinglucks 1st case.
This is news to me, although they have played the anti-Cambodian card in the past. Do you have any references for this? I looked through internet and came up with very  little.
