« on: December 05, 2013, 07:28:38 AM »
Hi Chaps I would like to take this opportunity ,just in case you have not already heard of Little India .
Last night I eat one of his Madras curry,s and I must say it was a good 10 out of 10 .
I grew up in North Manchester and we are surrounded by Indian Restaurants and take away,s ,well this guys curry,s are the same as the best of the best .
They are authentic British Indian restaurant style curry,s .
I have tried a few of his curry,s now and they are good .
Have a look at his website .

I love a good Indian curry! I wonder if these are the curries I purchased of Nookie early in the year, also very good.

Not close.

Nothing wrong with the curries that Nookie sources, they are a reasonable substitute. Nookie has loads of good stuff at great prices - his mushy peas are the best I have had!

Rik's curries are several leagues above - but, you will have to pay a higher price.

It is great that, here in the backwaters of Thailand, we have the choice of paying for decent Indian style curries from Nookie and Buriram Pieman or top notch British style Indian curries from Rik.

My missus likes your medium chicken curries.

Can I volunteer my services as arbiter by taste, of all these fine products. Of course I could be completely impartial as I don't know any of the purveyors personally
(Does this count as a post Nookie?)
