Not good news at all if that info is correct about it sinking.. I would be shopping in this mall all the time but now I'm worried about it collapsing.... So how do they stop it sinking and where the holes drilled deep enough from the start??
Maybe that's exactly the response expected by rumour-mongers???
I'm sure you have enough experience to answer your own question there, Nobby.
Anyway. I met the same man yesterday who I spoke to before. He is a local land owner, large land owner, with a lot of his land being near the area in question.
It seems that the damage was not as serious as it first seemed. They have been able to stem the slide. This has, however, put them a bit behind schedule. Robinsons' management are still keen to open on time, some time in March. Therefore they have scaled back their plans. The place will now open as a one storey complex. The planned second storey will be built at a later date.
That is what I have been told. I see this gentleman quite often, as his son is a student who I have taught for a while now. If he tells me anything else I will pass it on.
