This house will have a sauna \ plunge pool waterfall \small fish pond \ central air in living area \ office \CCTV \ built in Furniture \walkin Drobes\and lots of other detail.

Alan good looking property    out of my range unfortunately     not trying to hijack post but i have a question   hope you can help       i am developing a small vegeetable plot at my home  but the soil they use for the foundations is not the best for growing  do you know where i can get top soil (earth)    hope you can advise

What system of filtration are you using for the fish pond and splash pool. Not the same one I hope! 5555

In this hoy climate it is cvery difficult to keep fish water clear, I have found.

Wow.. Looks beautiful even unfinished.. Out of our price range as well.. What we have is a cottage that we had built on family land.. It's less then a 1000 sq ft, but it will suit our needs quite well.. The house is built for 2 people with a guest room for visitors and it will be air conditioned.  All the electrical work is done.. We'll add the air units once we are there. Will try to scale down a few pics of it so that we can upload them..

We will be using a salts chlorinator for the plunge pool I will add details latter I will also add the steam generator detail for the sauna .
There is an outdoor BBQ and kitchen area yes and this will have a poly roof and doors ether end so it's an - indoor / outdoor all weather kitchen .
That's for your input guys ,I will be adding more pics in about a week .

The fish pool is very small more just a water fountain area not so deep maybe 30cm so changing the water once in a while will be very easy , there will however be a small filter on the pump line .
