House/Apartment in Lahan Sai?

Does anyone know of any houses/Apartments for rent in Lahan Sai? A house would be ideal but I would consider an apartment. I'm not too fussy, but need aircon and a farang toilet

Is this for a long term house or short term rent?
Behind the bait and tackle shop (beside the big Saturday market and little farrang bar) are about 10 little wooden bungalows for rent at 500 baht a day. They are rather basic but have a farrang toilet and aircon and a good location in the town.
I stayed in these for a month and are ideal if your doing the same. Something more long term I cant help with!

Thanks mate, i was thinking of something a bit more long term if possible but they sound good for next time I'm in town.
I'm looking for 6-12 months if possible.

Cheers Nookie, i can wait, there's no rush. It's mainly because I'm back and forth so much that it would be nice to have a permanent base, rather than staying in hotels, or worse, with the in-laws!
