That's very similar to the one recently built in Cham Ni for under 1.8 million - the only difference i can see is this house is quite small; therefore, the cost ratio per sq/mtr is very expensive. So going by my calculations - if you build a house in Surin (one of the poorest areas in Thailand) it costs more than Bangkok, Koh Samuai or even Phukhet. Somebody is laughing all the way to the golf course.
