I do not understand why general information like this is not provided up front.  (I can understand vague on location)

Best to post the statistics as this will develop more interest if properly identified, and we can all see what the current asking price is in the area.  There should be nothing secret about it at all.

Thank you all for the comments and sorry that I did not post the details. 

It is not a secret, it's my sister's house and she just asked if I can post this message. I  posted without thinking-didn't have all information, I was thinking to give her telephone number via e-mail that people can deal directly with her.   Will post more when I have more info then.
