I really like ribs this way.  Unfortunately Thai's seem to cut them to tiny bones and cook them dry.  There used to be a guy at the Night Bizarre that sold decent ribs, but he closed up shop.  Too bad as I used to have his ribs about once a week.

Was in Makro Today, they had some really good looking ribs, I'm going to grill on Wednesday 23 Oct.

Urleft......go to the fresh market in Buriram town early in the morning, about 5am is good.. Much better than Makro.

LOL, my alarm clock is my 7 month old.  Some days it's 6 other days it's 8. 

I will take that under advisement.    But I have not seen good ribs in the market, maybe because my lazy ass never made it to the market at 5 am.

Well, had a Belgian in the group so you would be more than welcome. 

I headed back to the US shortly, but expect to back home on 16 May, probably around 20ish May I may do again.  If I am going to cook one slab of ribs it is just as easy to cook 4.  So might as well share. 

And the Thai Ladies had a good time, maybe the other BE member can provide his comments.

The girls had a great night also, and the comment from my lady was "wow ... you farangs talk more than Thai women !"
