I have driven in Bangkok, Buriram, Pattaya and Korat.  My vote for the worst drivers is Korat, they scare the crap out of me. 

In Buriram you expect the the farmers, in Korat, they drive scooters like they are a car, taking up a whole lane while preventing cars from passing. 

Buriram is actually easy compared to the rest.
